The floor standard
- Captive-bred only. Captive-born, healthy, thriving animals — enforced with inspections before and during the show. No imports.
- No venomous, rear-fanged, or surgically altered specimens. No live mammal or bird sales.
- Booths 10×8, pipe-and-drape provided. Setup Friday with VIP walk-through from 2 PM; last-minute move-in Saturday 7:30–10 AM.
- Badges required and non-transferable; armed security overnight; animals stay at the hall, not hotel rooms.
- Professional conduct, every hour of the weekend. Vendors who donate a USARK auction item get into the auction free.
- Show-program advertising is available (5.5″ × 8.5″, 300 dpi CMYK, .125″ bleed) — ask when registering.

Illinois — Tinley Park
Selling or possessing native Illinois reptiles & amphibians (bull snakes, rat snakes, kingsnakes, turtles, frogs, salamanders…) requires IDNR permits, resident or not. Endangered/threatened species need special permits — allow ~60 days.

Missouri — St. Louis
Selling native Missouri herps requires the $50 Class I Wildlife Breeder Permit from MDC. No crocodilians are legal for sale or ownership in Missouri. Special-event vendors may need Missouri tax registration (Form 2643S).
